How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from the same place where you subscribed. App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple, Google Play subscriptions through Google Play, and web subscriptions through your web account billing settings. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do free listings work?

New Shelvio accounts include 5 free AI listings. A listing is used when you generate listing content from your photos, voice note, or text input.

Do listings expire?

Free listings do not expire on a fixed timer. Paid plan access follows the billing period for the subscription you choose.

How do I export or use my listings?

Shelvio creates draft listing content that you review and copy into the marketplace where you want to sell. You stay in control before anything goes live.

What marketplaces are supported?

Shelvio is built for sellers using marketplaces such as eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Etsy. Generated content can also be copied into other listing workflows.

Can I edit AI-generated listings?

Yes. Every listing is a draft. Review the title, description, category, price suggestions, and item details before posting to any marketplace.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account from within the app. For privacy questions or account deletion help, contact support@shelvio.ai.
