How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel from the same place where you subscribed. App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple, and Google Play subscriptions are managed through Google Play. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do free listings work?
New Shelvio accounts include 5 free draft listings. A listing is used when you generate listing content from your photos, notes, or item details.
Do listings expire?
Free listings don't expire on a fixed timer. Cleanout Week and Premium access follow the billing period for the subscription you choose, and listings you've already generated stay in your account.
How do I export or use my listings?
Shelvio creates draft listing content that you review and copy into the marketplace where you want to sell. You stay in control before anything goes live.
What marketplaces are supported?
Shelvio is built for sellers using marketplaces such as eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace. Generated content can also be copied into other listing setups.
Can I edit AI-generated listings?
Yes. Every listing is a draft. Review the title, description, category, pricing notes, and item details before posting to any marketplace.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can delete your account from within the app. For privacy questions or account deletion help, contact support@shelvio.ai.
