Shelvio follows each item from the thrift aisle to the sale. Photos, notes, cost, and where it’s stored all stay with that item, so you can reuse what you’ve already captured.
Photograph an item or scan its barcode while you source, and Shelvio shows recent sold comps before you buy or price it. When sold data isn't available, it shows current asking prices instead, clearly labeled. Results support your research; they aren't appraisals.
Photograph an item and, if you want, say what the photos can't show: measurements, flaws, whether it works. Tap Next Product and keep going. Capture works offline, and every item keeps its own photos and notes.
Shelvio turns each captured item into a draft with a title, description, category, condition, item specifics, and a suggested price. Drafts are written while you capture the next item, and you can change anything before it goes live.
List a reviewed draft directly on eBay after connecting your seller account. For Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace, Review & List guides you through moving your photos and details over and finishing the listing yourself. A Custom workflow covers any other destination.
Cost, source, storage location, SKU, marketplace status, sold price, fees, and shipping all stay with the item. Reports calculate item-level profit from the costs and sale details you record, and you can export inventory and listing records to CSV.
Reseller tools often combine listing creation, crossposting, automation, and inventory management. Shelvio focuses on capturing mixed inventory with photos and optional voice notes, turning it into reviewed drafts, and keeping each item’s cost, storage location, and sale details together. Crosslisters such as Vendoo, List Perfectly, Crosslist, and Nifty are built around distributing listings across marketplaces and keeping them in sync, and several also create listings with AI. Shelvio’s emphasis is capture: photos and spoken details for each item in a mixed haul, a draft you review, and the item’s cost and storage spot kept with it. If you already use a crosslister, a Shelvio listing is a good one to feed it.
eBay’s Magical Listing, Poshmark’s Smart List AI, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace can draft listings from photos, but each only for its own marketplace. A photo can’t tell a buyer that a lamp was tested, a zipper sticks, or a piece came from a 1960s estate. Shelvio saves what you say about each item with its photos, then lists the draft on eBay or walks you through posting it to five other marketplaces.
Capture works offline, so you can work through a haul in a storage unit or an estate-sale basement with no signal. The phone app does the whole job, from capture to reports, and the same account works on the web.
Every listing stays a draft until you review it and confirm. Shelvio doesn’t auto-share, auto-relist, or post on a schedule, and it never publishes a listing without your confirmation.

Shelvio is made by Martinsburg Design, LLC, a small, independent software company in Oklahoma City. We started the company in 2023, and Shelvio is our first product. It launched in June 2026.
The idea came from a familiar reseller problem: good inventory stalls between the thrift store and the listing form. Photos get buried in the camera roll, measurements end up on scrap paper, and flaws get forgotten. Shelvio starts while the item is still in your hands.

Where the names came from
Shelvio is the app. We liked how it sounded, and it doesn’t hurt that there’s a shelf in it.
Martinsburg Design is the company behind it, and that name started as a family joke. A big hanging macaw in our son’s nursery became “Martin’s bird,” which got bent into “Martinsburg.” When we started the company, the name came with it.
