Unlimited listings means Cleanout Week and Premium subscribers can generate draft listings for normal selling activity without a fixed cap. Fair use keeps the service reliable by limiting automated abuse, scraping, account sharing, service reselling, or non-resale bulk generation. If usage looks unusual, we'll usually contact you before taking action where practical.

Every listing is a draft, not a finished post. Review brand, size, condition, flaws, measurements, price, and category before posting. AI is great at structure and starting points. You're the one who knows what you've got.

No. Your photos, notes, and listings are used to generate your drafts and run your account. They aren't used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account and your data from Settings at any time. Photos, listings, and account info are removed. If you're a paid subscriber, deleting your Shelvio account doesn't cancel Apple billing. Manage that through your Apple subscription settings.

If something went wrong with a charge, email support@shelvio.ai and we'll sort it out. Apple handles App Store refunds directly through reportaproblem.apple.com, usually faster than going through us.

Review and Copy is a guided flow that gets your reviewed drafts into the marketplace apps you already use, fast, without automating anything that could get your seller account flagged.

Yes. Shelvio creates drafts and helps you copy them into the apps you already use. You review everything and post from your own accounts. Because Shelvio never logs into your marketplace accounts and never posts for you, it avoids the risks that come with posting bots.

Photos don't always show the details that matter: flaws, missing pieces, measurements, fabric feel, tag notes, working condition, smoke-free home, pet exposure, or why something is valuable. Talk through those details when you capture the item so Shelvio can build them into the draft. After Shelvio generates the draft, you can type edits to anything that needs adjustment.
