Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Shelvio account and all associated data at any time. You can also delete individual listings without closing your account. This page explains both, how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app, and exactly what happens to your data.

Delete individual listings in the app

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data.

  1. Open Shelvio and go to your Listings dashboard.
  2. Press and hold any listing, then tap Delete.
  3. To remove several at once, enter selection mode, choose the listings you want, and tap the delete icon.

Deleting a listing removes it from your account and permanently deletes its product photos, thumbnails, and voice recording from our storage.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Shelvio and go to your Listings dashboard.
  2. Open the menu and tap the Settings gear.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. On iPhone, if you signed in with an Apple Account, you will be asked to confirm with Apple one more time so we can also revoke Shelvio's access to your Apple ID.

Guest workspaces. If you use Shelvio as a guest without an account, tap Delete Guest Data on the same Settings screen to delete your guest workspace and all of its data.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@shelvio.ai from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. You can ask us to delete your entire account, or only specific data such as particular listings, your photos, or your voice recordings. We will verify the request and complete the deletion. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All draft and generated listings, including titles, descriptions, and item details
  • All product photos and thumbnails
  • All voice recordings and their transcriptions
  • Connected marketplace credentials, such as your eBay connection
  • Notification tokens and preferences

What may be retained. We may retain limited records where the law requires it, such as billing and tax records, which we keep for up to seven years. We also keep minimal fraud-prevention signals that do not identify you personally. Everything else listed above is deleted within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play; those can only be canceled through Apple or Google. Before deleting, cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings. Subscriptions purchased on our website are canceled automatically when your account is deleted.
